FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I do to prepare for my facial appointment?

1. Avoid Exfoliation: Refrain from using any exfoliating products before your appointment to avoid irritation. Scrubs (48 hours) & Acids/Retinoids (3-5 days)

2. Avoid Sun Exposure: Try to stay out of the sun or tanning beds before your appointments, as sunburned or irritated skin is not ideal for facials.

3. Skip Heavy Makeup: Try to avoid wearing makeup to your appointment if possible. This allows your esthetician to assess your skin clearly and saves time during the cleansing portion.

4. At-home Skin Care Routine: Let your esthetician know about your current skincare routine, products and any concerns you may have.

5. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your facial to ensure your skin is well-hydrated.

Do you offer consultations before a facial treatment?

In our New Client Facials, it includes a 15 minute skincare consultation and skin analysis + 40 or 60 minute Customized Facial.

How often should I get a facial?

Every 4-6 weeks but it depends on your skin and frequency of facials will be discussed during your initial appointment.
